Audio stuttering when playing a video through EW

Open EasyWorship and click on HELP//ABOUT EASYWORSHIP and let me know which version and build number you are running.
We will need some more information regarding the specifications of your computer. Please follow the steps below:
1. Click on the Windows Logo Icon (Start menu) at the bottom left-hand corner of the screen,
2. Type in "DXDIAG" and click on 'DXDIAG.exe' or 'DXDIAG run command',
3. Click Yes when a yes/no question appears,
4. Click on Save All Information.. at the bottom-right of the DXDIAG window,
5. Save the information under an obvious name such as "dxdiagoutput",
6. Attach the saved file to this ticket.
We are running EasyWorship 7.4.1.9

If you look in the DXDIAG report you can see that it is not reporting the Processor which is not normal. You are having an issue with the Windows OS.
At the bottom of this link is a file that you can download be sure to run it as an admin and see if it will correct the issue in Windows. If you run it and then open the DXDIAG report and it shows the processor then try the EW program again. https://support.easyworship.com/support/solutions/articles/24000065964-invalid-class-error-when-trying-to-register

Over the last few months we have been experiencing audio stuttering when playing videos in EW, they will play normally through Media Player or VLC but stutter when played through EW.
I know this topic has been raised before in [v7 General Discussion] audio stutters when playing HD Videos : EasyWorship but there didn't seem to be a resolution to it
