Hello, Im having a problem on the program.. because everytime when i put the song with media fill (video/background) the computer stop.

and we can just use with gradient fill. so i would like to know what i need to do.
i gonna leave what my computer specifications, to see if my computer or the program

Unless it has a dedicated Nvidia graphics card it doesn't meet the Minimum requirements to even run Text only mode at low resolution, let alone with Video (motion) backgrounds. You need to add a dedicated Graphics Card that meets the Recommended System Requirements found in this Support Page. 

Also make sure that the video backgrounds aren't overly large, as in Bitrates over 10 mb/s, 10Bit Main 4k, or other UHD videos that are more difficult to play. Also make sure that the videos will play in a Media Player on that computer to verify that it isn't corrupted or unplayable in general.
