I've created song schedules for church service, but I'm having trouble opening it as it won't open at all.

What version and build of EW are you creating the schedules on and what version and build are you trying to open them on? 

Are you checking the "Pack Files in schedule" option in the save dialog box?

Are you storing them on a shared drive or cloud storage?
