I recently posted this in the version 6 forum, but have since upgraded to version 7. The problem remains even after upgrading.
Our setup has worked well for the last few years, but in the last month or two, all screens (computer monitor, FOH, and fold back) have occasionally lost signal during service. The computer monitor will turn black, and the projectors will start their normal search between inputs for a signal. This lasts for a couple of seconds and then the signal comes back. I have tied this loss of signal to the Windows 10 Home Device Performance & Health periodic scan. It doesn’t always happen with each scan, but every time it does I am able to confirm through the Windows Security app that a scan just occurred. This wasn’t a problem in the past, so I assume this was an change in a recent Windows update. Is there a way to keep this from happening?
