Removing computers from offline activation list : EasyWorship

Is there a way to delete a computer from the computers listed under offline activation? There is a computer we don’t use or have access to anymore that appears to have a last used date of a few days ago. Is there a way to deactivate the copy of EasyWorship on that computer?

If you have access to that computer, you can open EW and go to Help > Register Products and Disconnect from the license.

If you don't have access to that computer, there's not a way to remove it from your account. If for some reason it's still being used, when your account comes up for renewal, it should require a login again on that computer.

Hello,

this topic is 2 years old, but we are having the same situation. We have a number of users who moved away, and with whom we don't have any contact anymore. Also there is a license for a computer that creased recently. Have there been any developments on removing old computers from the offline subscription list? Because as an IT professional I like to keep things up-to-date.

Waiting for the same answer as well... Would want to remove old PCs from the activation list.

EasyWorship is able to remove the computers for you. Please contact the Orders department to get it take care of. You can call orders, email [email protected], or send in a chat from the website.
