Hello,

None of the media items from my media tab will preview or show live; my scriptures and songs display just fine.

What are the specs of the computer? What Processor and Graphics card do you have?

Also, what build number of EW are you running?

It is a Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9700 CPU @ 3.00GHz / NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti

EW is at 7.4.0.14

The media should play with the computer specs you have. I would recommend contacting support directly and they can help you troubleshoot the issue.
