I would not recommend using an All-In-One PC. The CPU is fine, but you need an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 if you are planning on displaying video backgrounds or streaming.  If you are just going to display still images and no PowerPoint files all at something like 1280 x 720 then it should work but I still would not recommend it.
