You might need to re-encode it with audacity as and mp3. I had someone that had to do that early today and it corrected this issue.

Since upgrading to 7.3 version unable to import new audio files and exisitng audio files are not working - causes whole programme to freeze and have to exit using task master. No problem with videos etc. No idea what the problem is or how to fix it.
