Screens only displaying black

Hi there. Our screens are only showing the black or white background when displaying live but not lyrics or media. Any reason for this or way to fix it. Pleased to hear.

I think you have the ALPHA CHANNEL ENABLED. Check it by clicking on EDIT//OPTIONS// under live or main output and make sure it is disabled.
