d3dx9_33.dll was not found so I cant run easy worship 6.  How do I fix this?  I've tried to reinstall and get the same error message

 Re- install DirectX https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=35  when you get to the option about installing the Bing Bar uncheck that option you do not need that.
