I have recently got a new pc and cant get easy worship 6 to open. give error d3dx9_33.dll uninstalled, redownloaded reinstalled several times

Re- install DirectX https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=35  when you get to the option about installing the Bing Bar uncheck that option you do not need that.
