Our subscription keeps disconnecting from the main one.

I have tried to find the subscription number, but it downloads an ewl file, which is un-open-able.

How can I get the subscription on the media computer to connect to the subscription & stay that way?

It is always having this issue... giving subscription warnings, when we're on a monthly payment plan, and then ending up with the watermark across the screen again. Very frustrating.
