How do I purchase a serial number so as to re-register my EW 2009 and recover all items on my new computer??. 

EasyWorship-7.3.0.11, isn't open or work on my new computer, as the old computer where the EW 2009 was install is completely short down and hard-drive wasn't working when put in new computer, unfortunately 

EW 2009 was install on the new computer but requesting register the product, my brother that purchase the EW 2009 that have all the particulars I lost him to COVID-19

EW stopped selling and supporting EW 2009 several years ago. At this point you can try contacting EW Support directly to see if they can assist you in recovering your old license information. Due to privacy and security concerns you would need to either call EW by telephone (+1-918-250-1493) or go to the support page (link below) and open a Support Ticket.
