Recurring Email Notification

Hi, I am the contact on our account, however an email went to someone else in our church for the renewal of our product.  I cannot see anywhere in our account where their email is listed.  Mine is listed, but I did not receive the invoice.  Can you lead me to where I would delete the other person's email?
