I have a problem with character uncoding. In Romania we have special characters like Ăă |

Șș |
Țț
|. On the main PC these characters works but when i try to change database to another PC for edit songs for example, i just cant put these diacritics. Easy worship insert some unknown shapes (unknown characters) like a circle or whatever.
Can someone explain me how i can resolve this problem?
