First, are you by chance trying to run a build of EW7 7.2.1.0 or later on Windows 7? Windows 7 will only run on build 7.1.4.2 or older. You can find that file at the bottom of the EW7 Download Page.

If you are on Windows 10 try renaming the two .dll files to .old and try reinstalling EW7 to see if one, or both were corrupted.
