Try the Windows 10 patch that I linked to above. It should work under Windows 11 as well. If it doesn't you might need to either revert back to 10 or purchase a newer, more up to date version of EW. Support for EW 2009 ended several years ago so I doubt that they will be releasing any additional updates to it.
