Hello. Our church accidentally tried renewing our account two days in a row. Yesterday and today. We’ve also been experiencing issues with our software. It turns out, we’ve been running it on windows 7 which is incompatible with easyworship 7. Would you please refund both charges and cancel our subscription?

You can still run EW7 build 7.1.4.2 on Windows 7 and runs just fine on it. You can find the download link at the bottom of the Download page (see link below). You just can not update higher than that.
