I currently have my announcements looped; however I made each announcement in that presentation loop myself. I have a separate presentation slide that I would like to include in my announcements, but I cannot figure out how to add it from my existing presentations. Help!

Place both presentations into the schedule area. Make sure to expand the main presentation. Hold down the CTRL key while dragging the extra slide into the main presentation and drop it where you want it.
