Using EW 7, we tried using a AJA U-Tap and the Magewell capture devices. Both would display in EW however neither would have any sound. We tried different computers with the same result. Latest version of EW as of 2/3/2019. I used another program and it had both audio and video.



Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Bumping this. We still haven't resolved this issue. Other streaming software can use UTap and has audio. Easyworship will only play the video (no audio). Any way to resolve this issue?
