This device does work with EasyWorship. It does a good job at providing low latency video capture. It doesn't auto detect the source as well as other devices like the Elgato Cam Link 4k, so you may have to play around with the settings in the feed editor to get the video to look just right.
The quality of the feed also seemed a little more grainy than the Elgato device we tested along side it.
The other thing you might want to consider is the supply chain for devices like this.
The device we tested is no longer available on Amazon. It's been replaced by another generic capture card. You may have trouble getting another one if you need it, leaving you in a position to take a chance on another generic or buy a more expensive card like the Elgato, Blackmagic, AJA or Magewell solutions.
