I have just installed the update from 2009 to Easyworship 6, migrated old database over from 2009, and updated the scripture package.

I have an issue in that we can see the media files in the lower preview window, but these appear as black windows when added to the schedule.
Further, when I try to display them they remain black and show no songs or media at all.

I have set the options under the edit menu and selected the right monitor but nothing happens.

Apart from this there isd an issue with a Scan Line index out of range error message every start up and an access violation with every attempt to use the Scripture modules that I have downloaded, its a bit tricky this!

Can you provide me with the system specifications ? CPU speed, amount of RAM and what video card you are using?
