What does that mean?

That means exactly what it says. You can only project from a single computer at a time. The Campus license allows you to project with any number of computers at your location simultaneously. So with the Campus license you could project from EW in your main sanctuary, you childrens church, your teen area, classrooms, etc. all at the same time. With the single license you would be limited to just one of those at the same time.
