I am having a major issue with EW 6 and using Dual Monitor with a foldback unit connected to a laptop with a VGA to HDMI connector. I have tried several settings (Left and width the top I always set to "0" and the height is al, ways ok, 768 I think) I tried the default settings, but nothing has worked. I've just about pulled all my hair out (what little I have).
