Hi Support, I have just made a payment for the next year's subscription for EW7 through the program using my credit card but I require a receipt to claim back the cost. I thought it would have been emailed to me but nothing has appeared. I have also tried messaging Terry for help but my message just remains in the Outbox even though I pressed Submit to send it. Can you let me know how I go about this, thanks David.

You can login to your account online and then print it out from there. I have also emailed you about this just now.
