We just updated to V7 and have noticed some bugs along the way. One that is the most important is the fact that after we import a PPT file in our schedule, saved the EW Schedule, edited the PPT we imported in EW, saved, and then refreshed thumbnails in EW7, the thumbnails DON'T refresh.



However, the thumbnails do refresh if we DON'T SAVE the schedule. After that, the connection is broken.



So why the broken connection and inability to update the thumbnails?

I'll have to look at the graphics card, but the PowerPoint is 16.



Like I said, the thumbnails refresh works fine BEFORE we save the EW file.



Back with EW2009 (using the same graphics card and PP version), we never had this problem.
