I have been having an intermittent problem when using video as a background for a song. Once the song is finished and "go live" is pressed to go to the next song EW7 locks up and will not respond. The programme has to be shutdown and started again.
This does not happen all the time, only now and then. The video used does not matter. It happens on different computers not just the church computer and my laptop. Playing a video in the schedule is no problem, it is just when a video is used as a background.
Because it only happens now and then it is difficult to pin point a cause.

Computers used: Surface Book Laptop Intel i5 @ 2.50GHz; 8 GB Ram, 64 bit, 250GB SSD
Church Desktop: Intel i5, 8GB, 240GB SSD; Asus Expedition GTX 1050 2GB GDDR5 Video Card - DVI-D HDMI & Display Port 1
It makes me reluctant to use video backgrounds as you do not want EW to lockup halfway through a set of songs in a service.
Any help with this problem would be appreciated.
