Considering the subscription option, what happens if we purchase new computer? will i have to purchase again?

I can tell you for sure you will not have to repurchase the subscription. It is a site license anyway so it can be loaded on as many computers as you need at your one church location.

As for number of members, we based this off of weekly attendance but EW might want to clarify.
