I'm encountering an issue when importing images into the media resources bin. It looks like it sees the file, but it grayed and blank when trying to display it (see attachment).

PS the file is located physically on the computer.

What is the source of the images? Website, phone...
What format are the images? png, jpg, gif...
What resolution are the images?
