I see under the media tab that I can import video's but for some reason they don't seem to work. Is there a specific format that Easy Worship recognizes. mp4 etc? I have tried a couple of my own and none of them seem to work

It should play WMV, MOV, MP4, FLV and more. What file type is it that you are trying to play? Also does the computer meet the required specifications?
