I've tried to register using the email and password used when bought. but this page seems to pop up all the time so I can't log in.

Hi, Are you still getting this error?
Also, make sure you don't have the alpha channel option turned on under edit, options, in the live output area. Looking at the screenshot your live output looks like you have alpha channel enabled.
