I recently built a computer for a church to run Easyworship and stream using zoom. The computer, Ryzen 5 2600 with 250 GB M.2 SATA, 32 GB memory and dual RX 570 8GB DDR5 video cards and a Hauppage analogue video capture card powered by a 900 watt power supply runs Win 10, Zoom, all office software etc with no problems. Easyworship was purchased and installed and went through the registration process. As soon as the Easyworship logo appears, the screen control screen goes gray fuzzy and projection screens go blank. After about 30 seconds, the computer resets itself and Easyworship requires the registration process again.

Any suggestions to keep from crashing?

You will want to create a ticket so that we can trouble shoot this issue with you. We may need to set up a time to remote into the PC and see what is causing this issue.
