You can use Zoom to share your EasyWorship live output to your audience.

If you have more than one monitor, it will need to be in Windows Extended Desktop mode. Here is an article to help you set that up:

Screen Setup

Here are the steps to use Zoom with EasyWorship

If you are using multiple monitors:

  1. Open EasyWorship or open your EasyWorship schedule.

  2. Open the Zoom app.

  3. Click the New Meeting button and then Join with Computer Audio.

  4. Click the Share Screen button at the bottom.

  5. Choose which screen your EasyWorship live output is going and click the Share button at the bottom right.

  6. Move your cursor to the top of the screen and click on Manage Participants and then click Invite on the bottom left.

  7. You can either give out your Meeting ID at the top and the Meeting password at the bottom to your audience or send them an invitation to join the meeting.

  8. Now whatever you Go Live to in EasyWorship will show for the audience to see.

If you only have a single monitor, you can share a portion of your screen:

  2. Open the Zoom app.
  3. Click the New Meeting button and then Join with Computer Audio.
  4. Click the Share Screen button at the bottom.
  5. Click the Advanced option at the top.
  6. Click the Portion of Screen button and then click Share at the bottom right.

  7. Resize the screen share window to the Live Output window of EasyWorship.
  8. Move your cursor to the top of the screen and click on Manage Participants and then click Invite on the bottom left.
  9. You can either give out your Meeting ID at the top and the Meeting password at the bottom to your audience, or send them an invitation to join the meeting.
