How Do I Access My Support Ticket?

When you submit a ticket to support, you will receive an email that contains a link to the ticket.


You can also sign into support.easyworship.com and click on Check Ticket Status.


If you don't see your ticket, make sure you have signed into the correct account.

(We see a lot of people submit a ticket with one email address and try to sign in with a different email address to access it.)
