System Error. Code: 5. Access Is Denied.

Error Description:


If you are getting this error when trying to open EasyWorship or it says not responding, this could be due to a corrupt installation of Quicktime.



Resolution:


To resolve this issue, follow the steps below:


  1. Uninstall Quicktime.
  2. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Softouch\EasyWorship 6, or C:\Program Files (x86)\Softouch\EasyWorship 7.
  3. Rename QTSourcePTX.dll to QTSourcePTX1.dll.
  4. Re-open EasyWorship and the error should no longer appear and EasyWorship should open properly.
