If i buy some bible version will i have to pay for renewal, or it is just a onetime payment.

Bibles are a onetime purchase. If you get a newer version of EW the bibles, come with it you do not have to pay for them again.

If I'm premium why I need pay for bible version? In spanish we have only one version free.

Premium has nothing to do with bibles. It means you have access to over 21,000 pieces of media. Such as mini movies, countdowns, still images etc.
