NEW REVISED STANDARD VERSION UPDATED EDITION (NRSVUE)
When can we accept Easy Worship 8 to be released? and what is so complicated about getting the rights to add the NSRVue?
Thanks for your question, Stanley. I understand it may seem like a simple request on the surface, but integrating a new Bible translation like the NSRVue is actually a complex process. It involves more than just getting a file and plugging it in.
First, we have to secure proper licensing from the publisher, which often requires extended back-and-forth communication, legal agreements, and sometimes fees. Then on the technical side, each Bible translation has its own formatting, verse mapping, and unique data structure, which takes time to integrate accurately into EasyWorship. It also has to be tested thoroughly to ensure it works seamlessly across our entire platform.
Right now, all of our development resources are fully committed to the upcoming release of a completely new version of EasyWorship. This is a major project and one we know our users are excited about, as it will bring substantial improvements to performance, features, and long-term sustainability.
That said, we do recognize how essential access to scripture is for our users, and it continues to be part of our ongoing internal discussions and planning. We genuinely appreciate your passion for the NSRVue and your patience as we work to balance current commitments with future needs.

There seems to be a new version of NRSV. The following is what we found on Bible Gateway. Not sure what are all the differences with NRSV and this one.
