Easy Worship 7.2.3 Locks up no error message after playing a video

If it's doing it outside of EW, then it won't be specifically an EW issue. What video card is in the computer and are the drivers up to date?

Easy Worship locks up and we must perform a hard restart on the computer. No error message is shown. We think it has something to do with playing videos. Doesn't make any difference if we play the video through Easy Worship or minimize and play directly from a video player.
We are using OBS software to live stream to YouTube. This issue only happens when playing a video. We have installed all updates to OBS and Easy Worship.
