Application Hang

We are experiencing random hangs / crashes with two below errors. I have tried a system scan (SFC) + Desk repair + reinstall of video driver + Easy Worship. But still experiencing some recurrence. Grateful for any thoughts on fixing this ?

Rebecca, you definitely will want to contact EW support directly. They will be able to run a debugger on your computer and get a bug report for our developers to see exactly what is causing the hang. You can either call direct or schedule a time for a tech to call you back at easyworship.com/book.
