[v6 General Discussion] Powerpoint slides don't show in live output

I have two problems with PowerPoint slides -

1. PowerPoint files imported from EW2009 (on a different laptop) show up with thumbnail preview and I can add them to the schedule. When I click Go Live the PowerPoint moves to the Live view and the icons for each slide are there but the Live Output remains black.
2. PowerPoint files created new on this computer are unavailable. I can import them to the presentations section but the thumbnail is greyed out and I cannot add them to a schedule.

As you might expect the PowerPoint files behave normally in PowerPoint itself and EW native presentations also behave normally in EW.

Windows 10 64bit
EW 6.5
HP 250 Gb laptop
Intel HD520 graphics card
Office 2007

I'm having the same issue with the grayed-out powerpoint. We just upgraded to a compatable system.. Dell I5 with NVidia GTX 750, on windows 10. I have Office 2013 installed. The powerpoint thing has been irritiating me for quite a while now, and I don't know how to solve it.
Please open EasyWorship, Click on help, PowerPoint troubleshooting.
Copy and paste that information into your reply.
I am having problems with power point slides graying out and some turn balck randomly. I am user Windows 10 creator update and it is too late to roll back.
Here is what is in the Power Point troubleshooter.

You have multiple versions of office installed. From looking at the log, you have maybe a partial install of 2010 and a full install of 2016.
You might try running the office uninstaller and reinstalling office 2016 again.
You can get the uninstaller from the following link.
https://support.office.com/en-us/articl ... df5dbf61d8
Please be aware that there are different uninstallers for each version. I would uninstall 2010 first then go to 2016.

Also go to c:program files (x86)softoucheasyworship6
Make sure ezwHookpp.32.exe, and ezwHookpp.64.exe are there. If not, your virus scanner has deleted these files. You may be able to restore them from quarantine, or you may need to reinstall EW and add an exception to the virus scanner.
I also am having trouble with PowerPoint. I have Office 2013 installed on our church computer and things used to work great. However, our PowerPoint presentations will no longer show in EasyWorship. The slide show will load and show in the live pane but will not show live on the output monitor. It won't advance automatically, either. Attached is the troubleshooting log from EasyWorship for PowerPoint. Any help you can provide will be much appreciated!

Do you have the 64 bit or 32 bit version of office?
Is your version of windows 64 bit or 32 bit?
The software is showing 32 bit installed in program files, but if you have 64 bit windows it should be installed in Program Files (x86).
Open EasyWorship, click on edit, options, advanced and see if the PowerPoint viewer option is checked. If so, uncheck it and click OK. Then close and reopen EW.
I believe it is the 64 bit version of Windows 10. I believe we installed the 32 bit version of Office 2013 under the impression that Easyworship 6 is better compatible with the 32 bit version. I could be mistaken as I'm not currently at the church computer. I do know we've had this computer for about 2 years, bought brand new. We've not used Viewer since upgrading to Easyworship 6. We haven't had a problem with PowerPoint and Easyworship working together on this computer until about a month ago.
I have the latest build (7.0.4.1), Windows 10 (64 bit), Office 365, brand new Dell laptop, new Office 365 install, new "Easy" Worship install... and the PowerPoint thumbnails and presentation is black.

I just subscribed and I'm regretting it already. The demo version didn't allow me to use an secondary monitor else I would have tested it first.

I need this to work today. How do I get this to work today?
This is the error output:

I have Office 365 installed. I can display the slideshow on the 2nd monitor just fine.
I found out that I needed to download Office 365... apparently I only had some kind of client version and EasyWorship doesn't recognize it... or work with it... or whatnot. It needs to. Microsoft is already headed down this path of software distribution.
