[iOS Remote] ios app connection

The ios app continues to disconnect in the middle of worship. I have to restart easyworship in order to get it reconnected. This is a super convenient feature when it works.


This is not something we have seen happen regularly.

Please help us understand the wifi connection you are using.

How far are you away from the wifi access point when you are using the app during worship?

Is the computer on wifi or on hard wired connection?
I'm using a jetpack for wifi connection. I'm not more than a few feet away. The computer is also using the same jetpack. Both are connected wirelessly.
Is there any way you can test this with a typical wifi router or access point in order to determine if the Jetpack is the problem. We haven't tested using a jetpack wifi hotspot.
